Your photos are yours
You keep every right to the photos and words you put in. You give Map My Memories permission to store them, resize them, and show them to you and to anyone you send your share link to. That permission ends when you delete them or your account.
Be reasonable
Only add photos you have the right to share. Don't use the site to store anything unlawful, and don't try to get at other people's globes beyond the links they've given you.
No promises
Map My Memories is a small personal project, offered as it is and free of charge. We try hard to keep it running and to keep your photos safe, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, and you should keep your own copies of anything you'd hate to lose. You can download everything at any time from the app.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may close accounts that break these terms. Questions go to paytonmclaughlin34@gmail.com.
